On our "Families" page, there is a form that must be completed prior to the video consultation. This form will assist us in gaining a better understanding of your family and its specific needs.
"On our booking page, you can schedule up to three hours of video consultation. During this session, we will review payment details, rules and regulations, finalize e-contracts, address any questions or concerns, and arrange the scheduling of your in-home consultation."
​Following your video consultation, we will need to arrange an in-home consultation, which will be scheduled for two days up to week. During this period, we will assist in creating an optimal environment and schedule for the in home support you will be receiving.
